We ship from Turkey to the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs
- Orders under £50: £9.99 standard delivery
- Orders of £50 or more: free standard delivery
The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your parcel leaves us, delivery to the UK usually takes 3–7 business days.
Who carries it
We ship with ShipEntegra, which handles cross-border delivery from Turkey and hands your parcel to a UK postal or courier service for the final leg. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Import charges
Your order is sent from outside the UK. We don't want your parcel to arrive with a surprise bill: if a courier ever asks you to pay an import charge on delivery, email us before you pay and we'll sort it out.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, write to us at altineremre94@gmail.com with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.
